1. ELIGIBILITY: Must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and a legal resident of the United States. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (Lonely Ghost), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion runs from 6:00 PM MT on 11/8/2022 through 6:00 PM MT on 11/9/2022 (the “Promotion Period"). Entries must be received no later than 6:00 PM MT 11/9 2022.
4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter do any one or more of the following:
● Purchase LONELY APPLE CREWNECK OR HOODIE; or
● Comment on our Lonely Apple Campaign posts ON INSTAGRAM AT @LONELYGHOST Before 11/9/22 at 6:00 PM
Limit one entry per person per 24-hour period. Any person who uses multiple identities, submits false information or uses automated or programmed multiple entries will be disqualified.

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS: On or about 9:00 AM MST 11/10, 2022, Lonely Ghost will randomly select one first, one second and one third place winner from all eligible entries, subject to verification and compliance with the rules. Winners will be notified using the contact information they provided. If we are unable to reach a winner within five business days, we reserve the right to select a different winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted and received.
7. PRIZES: First prize is MACBOOK PRO. Second prize is IPAD. Third prize is AIRPOD MAX. Prizes valued at more than $600 will result in an IRS form 1099 to the winner who is responsible for any taxes he or she may owe.
8. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants agree that Lonely Ghost has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Promotion and that its

Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including,
