All sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Returns must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
Returns are accepted for store credit only.
If your item is showing any signs of defects or you received the wrong item, notify us within 30 days so we can arrange for a return and a replacement.
To start a return, reach out to email@example.com and include your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We offer free prepaid return labels within the U.S. If you are located outside the U.S., please send your return to the address below.

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow an additional 7 days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will be notified with a store credit or an email for a rejected return. If you are not notified, please reach out to us.
If you are returning an item in-store without a receipt or proof of purchase we can offer a same-day exchange for lesser or equal value. This is only an exception in-store, online orders must have proof of receipt.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Non-returnable items include gift cards, digital purchases, and sale items.
If an item you purchased at full retail value went on sale within 14 days of purchase, notify us and we can honor a price adjustment as store credit only.
