Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only. 

Any item purchased at a discounted rate is considered a final sale and is not eligible for exchange or return.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return. We will provide extended returns through the holiday season to 60 days starting in November. Returns must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item and Redo was not purchased with your order, contact us within 30 days. If you added Redo to your order, please go directly to the return portal.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, digital purchases, and sale items.

If an item purchased goes on sale within 30 days of your order date, we can offer a store credit refund for the difference in cost.

Redo

Customers who add Redo to their cart are entitled to unlimited exchange attempts per order number. Redo will also cover the cost of shipping for returns for store credit. This means that the cost of shipping will be covered for all exchange attempts under each order number. Customers who do not add Redo to their cart can purchase a return label through Redo.

Redo is valid only in the U.S. Customers who purchase outside the U.S. and wish to return their item must pay for return shipping.

Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow an additional 3 days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will be notified with either a store credit or an order confirmation for your requested exchange. If you have not been notified, please reach out to us.

If you are returning an item in-store without a receipt or proof of purchase, we can offer a same-day exchange for equal or lesser value. This is only an exception in-store; online orders must have proof of receipt.

If you received a gift and wish to return or exchange it, please visit our return portal and click on the "Returning a Gift?" option.

Ghosted Garments

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on vintage clothing.
Vintage clothing can be decades old and will show wear in some way or another. While we do our best to describe each product in detail and provide close-up photos where necessary, the reality is that each customer has their own threshold for what they will enjoy or dislike. If we sell it, we believe the garment is special and has the potential to pair well with other items to create an appealing outfit.

  • We made a mistake in your shipping information.
  • We didn't catch excessive damage and did not describe or detail the damage with photos.
